So sorry to hear about your hatch, that is one seriously good looking little chick though! And pullet eggs?! Only my favorite surprise on the planet...even though I probably wouldn't hate hitting the lotto

We cut a notch in the coop post for our girls that start laying, I really don't know why we do or what purpose it'll serve. It just seems like an accomplishment that ought to be recorded somewhere I suppose.

Already started feathering on wings appears to be white. We had 6 like this in this hatch.

I love seeing all of these sweet babies. Thanks to everyone for sharing their pics!
My chicks are eight days old today. Time is already flying by. I ended up hatching 11 of the little fellas and had 5 more that did not hatch or pip.
