I've got a baby chirping in the incubator

I think they are going to hatch over several days since I lost power for those 18 hours and several of them at lock down were behind the others. Day 21 is today!

Thank you. Since I'm sick I don't really know what's going exactly but from what my personal baby sitter is telling me is that that are all looking good. I'll try to have some pics soon

my little silkie that I helped hatch is dying. she was fine earlier this evening. I went to check on everyone and found her lying with her legs stuck out and gasping. Ive tried to give her water with nutria drench but she won't drink. I knew something had to be wrong cause she is more than half the size of the others. which is why she has been kept separate

thanks y'all. I knew in my head she probably wouldn't thrive since she was so small but I thought she was ok since she was eating and drinking.


well I do have an incubator update though. My dad got in touch with the seller about my incubator not working right (the display being messed up) and the seller said if we wanted to keep it he would give us a partial refund since it'd be expensive to send back and get a new one. my dad said ok and then said I could use the refund money and some extra to buy another bator so I picked out a hover bator 1588 he is going to try to work on this first one to see if he can get it to work but Im gonna try some eggs in it anyway. I have a back up hygrometer since this one seems off and I am working on calibrating the temp now using one of my calibrated thermostat probes inside a water wiggler
