You're doing good. When people talk about variances affecting the hatch, they are talking differences of like 3 degrees are better for long periods of time. Gentle fluctuations for short periods of time dont really make that much difference. Sounds like your hatch is going along quite normally...

I have the same problem, during the day my air conditioner has to kick on and at night its dropping into the 50's - its throwing mine off too, but i have tried not to do much adjusting to the thermostat unless I have a lot of time to watch it afterward....just one of those hatching things we have to deal with!
