    We do not hunt but a friend does and we get the carcases for the cats. Well, the chickens are loving it. Will eating deer hurt the chickens?

    No it shouldn't unless the deer is carrying a disease that chickens can get!

    As long as the meat is not spoiled or rotten you are fine.

    The deer is good - to cold to go bad.

    No worries. I give the chickens the carcass all the time!
