Delaware chicks cockerels or pullets?


This is my pullet at 6 weeks. She had a lot of black feathers when she was younger, but she's getting whiter. She does raise her hackles sometimes, but they aren't pointed feathers.
 
Does butter look like he/she has those same hackle feathers also? And does the coloring of the tail feathers (Barring/ Tail black) indicate sex in Delawares?
 
I was also told that it would take up to 16 weeks to determine the sex, so would it be too hard to determine at this point?

I am able to sex girls from boys after 4 to 6 weeks using Red/larger combs, 16 weeks the hens would be almost at point of lay..LOL..

there is only one allele that prevents Delaware from beeing "Autosexable" and thats Wheaten base e allele, if they were eb(like columbian wyandottes) or e+ like Rhodebars they could be Autosexed at hatch
