It's normal to cry when you are dealing with a loss. It's actually good for you, it releases stress hormones. Feeling bad because something has happened is a part of life. Sorry about your uncle. Your family's had to deal with a lot of loss recently.Last few nights I've just cried myself to sleep... And I can never find a reason to why I am crying right then.
I am 70 now. Have been depressed most of my life but didn't know it.
People don't WILL themselves to be depressed anymore than people choose to be diabetic, or have thyroid trouble.
Yay! Good for you, I'm glad you have a sounding board now. It does help..
I didn't think it would help much but just being able to say everything I've been dealing with out loud really helped..
I am so glad you had a talk with your mom. Biking any kind of exercise is supposed to release endorphins, hormones that make you feel better. Irish dancing with your sister sounds like a lot of fun.I have finally found the courage to talk to mom about everything I've been going thru!

When will life be normal? I don't know but what I do know is I can find peace where I am at... I am so thankful for my family and all you that have been such a encouragement!
I have found a new favorite sport of mine, biking.... So much fun, also me and my sister have decided to do Irish dancing... So that should be fun.
