Stackable big dog cages seems to be the way to go. No cutting pvc or cutting wood. They are already shippable. Easy to put together and not heavy. Fit 2 in each comfortable 3 can be done with smaller birds but you can fit 4 if they are let out at times.

Yes - we will go for quail in all indoor situation - they will love the cooking- especially the kids.

Don't know if i mentioned it yet but quail are also insanely easy to process. Takes me about 15 minutes to do the whole thing and I've only done 4 before
