DESPERATE...PLEASE HELP!

She looks lethargic and seems to have something neurological going on. Was she vaccinated for Mareks disease? I am surprised that your vet could not have you hold her while he looked into her throat with a light. You could get a feeding tube and large syringe from your vet, and start tube feeding her for some time to give her nourishment, until she is either better, or you decide to put her down.

Google “Go team tube feeding” a good thread by Casportpony with videos on learning to tube feed. It is fairly easy to do once you learn. KayTee baby bird feed is good to use for feeding. For just fluids, I have used aquarium air tubing and a regular 35 ml syringe placed into the crop.

I'm not going to be too much help except from threads I've read. Someone will chime in that has alot of experience with this stuff. I am researching to try to help though.

I'm not sure, she was from a class mate who couldn't care for her anymore. She was an Easter baby from TSC last spring. I heard they were vaccinated, but I'm not sure.

He had his assistant hold her because he didn't want me to (liability? Idk) and she just was not having it. They tried multiple times but he didn't want to keep stressing her since she was so weak.

He didn't believe it was a disease such as Marek's due to her symptoms and timeline, but who knows. He stated her eye had an ulcer and the lower lid appeared to have a rip or something on the inside. He couldn't tell if it was skin or a foreign body and didn't want to sedate her to find out.

Also, I'm not sure if it would help with a daignosis, but my three other hens have no symptoms
