DESPERATE...PLEASE HELP!

I might be wrong but I read a thread this morning that said a hen that it weak should not be wormed unless she definitely has worms. It weakens them more from what I read

@Eggcessive does that look like yolk in the poop?
The white urates either look yellow (possibly the light,) but it also could be egg yolk material. Yellow urates can signal liver disease or if egg material, possibly internal laying.

I would try tube feeding to see if she responds. If there is a neurological problem, then it might not help in the long run.

Could it happen within a day? Her poop yesterday after the vet was round, brown with a small amount of white on top. Today was the first day she has done this.

By what I could see from her poop, it could be she has worms or maybe peritonitis. I could be wrong. But if its worms and if your worming her now that should sort itself out. Make sure the wormer you have does all the different worms like roundworm, tapeworm, gapeworm. Egg peritonitis doesn't bode so well. It doesn't explain what's going on with her eye either. Make sure that she drinks something and try to get her to eat she may well benefit from nutridrench and/or a vitamin mineral supplement.

I put some vitamins in their water (Duvet or something I think) to try and help that way since she is still kind of drinking. The wormer they gave was Panacur?
Hopefully they help :(

Hens with internal laying do not need to be kept in the dark—that is only for treatment of a prolapsed vent.

Is her poop that yellow in the white or is it the lighting? If the urates are just white, then the green solids and white urates may just indicate not eating enough.
