There are also a gazillion things to help with sleep...lavender EO, lavender pillows, valerian, chamomile, melatonin, calcium, magnesium body rubs etc. Sleep is so essential!

Using that basic balm recipe above, I steep an herb, say calendula, in olive oil for eight hours in a jar in a water bath and then strain out the herb...then adding beeswax and melting, i have a healing balm...so for that uticaria I would look up healing herbs which help with itching and make a balm out of that...chickweed is supposed to be a good one. I bet you find a combo that would work, and you might want to try ichthammol ointment...just to see. I wonder if a castor oil pack would help the uticaria also.

Have you tried sulfur soap for your skin? My husband has soboreic(spelling?) dermatitis and that's the only thing that helps him...I know they're not the same thing, but it seems to work for all sorts of skin issues! Il

As for colds and flu, I love to make fire cider for the fall/winter season...not a bad idea to drink a shot daily for that matter. Total immune system boost...mommies put it in apple juice for their kids...
