Developing comb? Is this chick a rooster?

This little chick is developing some sort of comb on their head. They are five weeks old. People talk about the comb being pinkish and turning red. Is that what that looks like? Is this likely a roo, or could it still grow up to be a hen?

It's a little young to be absolutely positive, but I believe it is a cockerel.
