I might join the madness sometime soonish. I had a chat with our landlord earlier. Showed him my chickens etc. He's quite happy with the situation, so

to the rental agent who said I mustn't get more than 5 chickens! I told our landlord I'm looking for a rooster for my SL hen and I'd like to breed with her. He thinks it's a great idea. Asked if I'm going to do it in an incubator etc. I said I'd like to hatch and sell chicks and he said it's a good idea! So I'm looking for a roo now and/or some hatching eggs. Found exactly one breeder on this island that has them. Am going to contact him and see what we can do. And I already found a place that sells incubators

My 1st set of serama came

I HATE the USPS!!! I have nooooo luck!

2 are totally smashed, 1 is cracked in half, and 4 have hairline cracks on the ends!!!
I put some wax on them to salvage and at least see if that works, but they are pretty bad.

Candle showed 6 with rolling air cells : ( I swear its one of the main USPS stations close by that it happens at!!

They were packaged well! But now the box is a mess, how in the world did the runny escape her packaging I have no clue, but it was sticky thats for sure!

I hope the ones with the hairline cracks will be O.K. though

I think if you put "fragile" on a package the post office/couriers are extra rough with them.

Haha thanks Sally! I wanted to show how thankful I was for you and silver sending me the incubator and I decided that just a letter wasn't enough so I made some drawings I hope you like them!
