Day 10




weight 10 stone - OMG I am soooo still fat and nothing is going away where is the weight loss fairy?????

Mid morning snack
1)White Coffee No sugar
low cal biscuit (50 cals)

Lunchtime
Tea White no sugar
none as was not hungry.
(Figure I should make up for the carb overload. )

Mid afternoon snack
Cup of Tea white no sugar.

Dinner
Ok being good tonight! (for a change this week.)
Salmon fillet with boiled potato and carrots.
Glass of water .

Exercise?
did some stretching excersizes - OMG I am so out of touch with floor excersizes!

Supper
2) cup of coffee white no sugar,
warm cerial no sugar. ( it had dried strawberries in, does that count for fruit???)

How I feel
To be honest this time round it is so much harder. I feel like the piggy snout wont get out of the trough!!!! I am going shopping soon and will invest in some more fruit as DH used all our baking I need ot get more. Sorry - that is why I am not eating it not becuase I am avoiding it . DH has been really ill lately so have not managed a shop in a bit. I need to get myself together. I so want to be thin.

How I feel

Struggling a lot and am worried about not getting the weight off very fast? Managed to get shopping in and so we finally have fruit in the house except now most of it seems to be on the pavlova!! Actually it is lovely and it does only have a heap of rasberries on the top. Pitty it is full of darn sugar!!!!! and cream and OMG cals - I am domed!!

None - I am very sore with the Fibro right now and so I am not able to do much.

How I feel
I am worried that I am not doing enough excersize but my leg is on fire right now so I am not able to. I am worried about being able to walk the new pup when it comes so I am hoping this episode of the Fibro will go away again?

walk - (ok kind of old lady shuffle with the aid of a walking cain - this isn;t going to get rid of many cals but it keeps the legs going which I need to do.)

Beef and cheese sandwhich.

Mid afternoon snack
None

Dinner
Chicken pie and roast potato with beans.
No dessert.

Struggling to keep up my posts because I have felt so sick.

How I feel
Really don;t want to be bothered eating anything and find it difficult to motivate myself in the kitchen. I hate the way my weight goes up and down I so need to be into the 9 somethings and I am more than aware that half of this month has gone already - I am feeling really down over the weight and lack of excersize.

Hang in there! Good for you eating the greek yogurt. Sorry you are not feeling well. Just remember it will come of slower right now - but remember you are keeping it off, so you shouldn't be too hard on yourself.
