weight 10 stone - OMG I am soooo still fat and nothing is going away where is the weight loss fairy?????

Tea White no sugar
none as was not hungry.
(Figure I should make up for the carb overload. )
Mid afternoon snack
Cup of Tea white no sugar.
Dinner
Ok being good tonight! (for a change this week.)
Salmon fillet with boiled potato and carrots.
Glass of water .
Exercise?
did some stretching excersizes - OMG I am so out of touch with floor excersizes!
Supper
2) cup of coffee white no sugar,
warm cerial no sugar. ( it had dried strawberries in, does that count for fruit???)
How I feel
To be honest this time round it is so much harder. I feel like the piggy snout wont get out of the trough!!!! I am going shopping soon and will invest in some more fruit as DH used all our baking I need ot get more. Sorry - that is why I am not eating it not becuase I am avoiding it . DH has been really ill lately so have not managed a shop in a bit. I need to get myself together. I so want to be thin.
