It looks to me, that its at the point where antibotics might be needed.

Do you have any on hand, if so what, and how many pills?

If you don't have any, could you order one of these?

Where did you get the antibiotics? Did yous stop walking completely? I'm worried because he will not stand AT ALL

Your worse off than my Squabbles, also maybe heavier? I had cephalexin from my dogs UTI infections she gets.
@Isaac 0 gave me proper dosage and instructions.

My vet cuts off the end of those pool noodles, about an inch and then places gauze with triple antibiotic cream facing up, on top of the noodle. You make sure the foot is flat and spread out on that and then using 1 inch elastic bandage just wrap firmly to make a shoe. (not too tight though) My daughter says they look like house shoes.

My vet also says to put 1 tbs Chlorhexidine in a tote or similar container, and add a gallon of water and let them stand in it.

What if he stopped walking because of a Niacin defiency, and it was never because of bumblefoot?? Now I have peeled this scab off, and he will never walk again?!?!

Seems unlikely at this age I would think, will he swim? Good way to build muscle, how about some supervised swim time?
