I can’t get anyone to claim responsibility for cleaning it up. I am thinking I should try to drag it away tonight. It won’t suddenly explode like a rotten egg, will it?

I’m allergic to venison. I think if I’d not had Duckling here, I would have had the nerve to clean it when it first died (before freezing). If I can process a bird, a deer should be the same idea, right?
I would have canned the meat for others.

We really have no business having so many critters on our budget. This is the stuff that allows us to take our affairs for granted. We ran out 5 weeks ago maybe. We have been in the red big time. Even entertained the thought of liquidating some of the goats (the jerks). Received a trailer load today and another tomorrow. What I genuine life saver. I need to reward the boys somehow as a token of appreciation.

Also DYK, got a lot accomplished on the upgraded breeder house. Partition done and hung the divider door. Have to stretch the run fencing and do a little tweaking. Photos coming as always.
