I did a sleep study a couple years ago and was told I have very mild sleep apnea, not enough to warrant anything... You should get that checked out

Did you know that I wake myself up multiple times a week talking? Did you know that sometimes, I wake myself up because I am talking and discover that my daughter is talking in her sleep as well and that I was having a conversation with her - in our sleep!?

Did you know that my hair is so curly that it's rare for one to get stuck to my shirt, loose hairs usually just cause lots and lots of tangles?
