Man! I read all the way through this thing and NOTHING HAPPENED YET?!?! YIKES!

This is just like me! I catch all the threads at the peak of intensity! Make sure to post back as soon as you see more of a zip or another one pips and ESPECIALLY post back WITH PICS if one hatches! LOL We are all in suspense! Having fun with those sleepless nights yet??

Nothing from second egg yet, but I still have hope. The first one who pipped around 4:00AM waited for 12 hours and then he hit the shell again. Not enough to break the membrane, but did add another small crack. I can hear him every once in a while peeping. Is he going to try and beat himself out every 12 hours. I will be dead by then !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Your doing fine.. Lol.. I seem to be having a staggered hatch as well.. I have 5 hatched, 9 pips, and 6 more eggs still workin...

It is horribly stressful, hatching chicks! I didn't think I would want to do it again after my first hatch. I think my bator stayed empty 5 days?

Ditto leaving it alone, and don't worry about the other one yet either. One of mine pipped way early, and there was NOTHING out of the second. NADA. A little over 24 hours I had two babies!

I just had my first hatch..decided I was done, and now want more. Its only been 3 days!!! I dont have the space though sobI cant justify it.

The chick is here !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Started zipping around 9:30 and with the encouragement of DH he zipped all around and popped out. He is wet and tired. I will take a picture when he is fluffy.........................Thanks to everyone who saw me through this. Now maybe #2 will be here soon.
