Give her time. If she's not injured, she just needs some time to calm down. You might try covering the cage to really let her relax for a while.

That almost confirms she is probably overwhelmed and stressed. How is she doing this morning?

She's acting normal.. except she seems to be afraid of the word nut. I never thought a quail could be this smart but stupid at the same time. It's only when I say it as nnnn.. ut! She gets hyped up and starts running around.
