I'm just too lazy to get the computer out. Sad thing is it's brand new, less than 6 months old cause I whined to Josh about my ancient laptop till I got a new laptop. Lol. Wonder if I can whine about my old ugly chickens and get him to buy me new prettier ones? Think it might work? Lost a third chick today. I lost 2 of the strugglers last night cause it got below freezing here and I'm guessing they weren't warm enough. This one was over a week old and had eaten and drank today?

I don't know. I guess considering how many over hatched this year and out of all hatched, I've lost 7 unexplained and 2 explained total now. I've hatched close to 300 those year. So that's 1.7% death rate? Seems pretty low to me.

And it's all pure bred stuff. Genetics

Ah, yeah, you're right... I haven't lost a chick once it was successfully hatched, and just the 1 call... I keep forgetting that is not the norm, I guess, lol...

I'm sorry, 2.3% I thought it was 5 but I did have 2 mutts drop over a day after they hatched.

It's a pita. Dh got me a nice laptop but it doesn't work the way I want it to. So when he isn't home I use his "gaming" computer for surfing the internet. So I use my phone when he's here.
