Gah, I feel itchy all over now. We had a mite scare yesterday, Wilma was all itchy and looked like she was infected with something, but on closer inspection it was just the new feathers coming in that were bothering her.

Oh hell yes, I will burn the old bedding, treat the coop and every bird (ducks too)

By the way, those will follow you inside the house and set up shop too. Be sure to throw any clothes you wear near them into a very hot washer immediately. And shower.

It took so long picking up branches and doing errands that I only got started with the mowing yesterday. I'll get it finished this afternoon. I did get a pic of the Easter HAL chicks with their Icelandic mommas......I've got my priorities straight!

Only one is showing any signs... I thought her spring moult was dragging on... I'll snap some shots when I get home.

I found some sort of dust
It can be used for horses, cows, chickens etc
And its potent...
Repeat after a month if needed...
Oh I need my new coop now! Not June dang it!
