OK, something is up with my eggs. None today?? Really!!! They weren't even free ranging!

My eggs have shrunk...

Uhg. Sorry about the quail again @BriardChickens. I'm really hoping those eggs hatch.
@Peep_Show, those gambel quail are adorable.
@RavynFallenI'm still covered up in eggs. Not as many as 2 months ago but still more than enough. Only 1 ohiki egg today though, but I did get 4 yesterday.

It's rained all day. Been a steady rain. Muggy as crap out!

Oh, I'm getting plenty of eggs, but they have shrunk in size, lol... think the heat is bothering them... :/

I've got chicks hatching (suprise). The problem is they weren't supposed to hatch till the 18...

Now they're early??? I swear if it's not one thing...

Can I rewind back to winter hatching? I had killer hatches all winter long!

I'm like what the? I don't know. One hatch they're on time. The next they're late. Now they're early! The ducks that are supposed to hatch the 17 are pipping today, right on time.

Been raining nice and slow and interment here, awesome! We were so dry I was scared! Dumb silkies finally went into their coop by themselves tonight! Been three weeks of picking them up in the dark when I get home. My EE, B leghorns, and GLpolish are crapping out eggs like crazy! Still none from the wellie! I'm afeared I wont see brown eggs until the giants and langshans start laying, IF I get them , this coming week was the next hatch date....

If a predator got your quail your chickens probably know something is around and are stressed. That's my guess...

Sam is right, @BriardChickens... you had an attack just last night, that can easily throw off egg production... forgot about that...
