the 55 gallon drums here have had Coke, or Root Beer syrup in them... We have a Coca Cola Bottling plant in town.

Check at any auto service and repair centers... they get their windshield washer fluid in the 55 gal drums and most throw them away so many will let you have them instead... easy to rinse and not worry about toxins...

True, it's toxic if you drink it, but methanol is an alcohol... once rinsed and let air dry the alcohol evaporates...

We've been using them for the last year without issues...

I filled the tires on my lawn tractor with windshield wash, winter kind so it doesn't freeze. Cheaper then antifreeze and it won't kill your pets if you spring a leak. And cheaper than wheel weights. I can't remember how many gallons it took but I think it was 34lbs per tire.

I had lattice so I used it (chicken wire on the inside so chicks don't escape)
The coop is 16x16
The broody pens are 6x4 (3ft tall)
