was talkling with someone who said they used sweet feed to feed their chickens with a mix of layers pellet and corn n boss.......
it's grain all the same as scrtach. Generally oats, corn, and a protein/vitamin/mineral supplement pellet and molasses. Chickens will eat anything. My custom mix feed I've been using is multi purpose and could be fed to pigs also.

@minihorse927 I think it was you that mentioned Ivermectin/Ivomec before?? Do you use the pour on for chickens and ducks or no?
I've used the pour on as a topical treatment for bugs on the outside but they claim it will deworm then also since ivermectin goes into the blood stream and soaks through skin so well. I've used the injectible also given orally. Used safeguard for goats as a oral on the chickens also

Awesome! Just wanted to make sure it was safe for the ducks, it seemed effective on my chickens before when we had a few bugs... I do use Safeguard and swap with Valbazen every other time for worms just to be safe... I thought those were good for both, but would rather check and be sure than find out the hard way...

you'd be fine with ivomec pour on. I've never had any bug issues with the ducks due to their swimming but I had a big issue last year with lice thanks to some starlings who decided my barn was prime real estate due to -25 temps
