The sweater might not look so good without the rabbit, but with the rabbit, the sweater looks nice.

Glad Shelby is doing good. Even if the tumor turns out to be malignant, as long as he did a hysterectomy on her, she should be fine, since the uterus is closed off. Even with human women, survival rates for uterine, and ovarian cancer, when removed in time, are very high.

Mini, yeah, don't postpone, those get nasty quick if she's already showing signs and has a fever. It's one of the more routine big invasive surgeries though, and they tend to recover pretty well. But getting older female dogs fixed is a good idea, the older they get, the bigger the risk becomes.

We had a bunny with a limp today, so Inkeri was taken in for a check. No signs of any external trauma, but Karin said she could definitely feel babies in there. She got some meloxicam for the pain, and out she went again, but not before posing with me in my horrible sweater for a photo.

Baby bunnies are drinking out of the water bottle, eating from the feeder, and Hilma was just sharing a carrot with them.

Sorry to you Canucks, seems like your boys got a bit beat in the U20 ice hockey world championships. And looks like we've got a great new generation of players growing up.
wow awesome pic profile pic worthy to be sure!

so sorry @minihorse927

He called and said she is doing well. He was going to give her some food and water and see how she did with it tonight. He'll update me after 10am tomorrow with her condition. I'm happy she's doing this well and praying for continued improvement. She is completely spayed. Uterus and ovaries and tumor removed.

Love the bunny and the pic @vehve

I thought the sweater pic was appropos. It looks so, well, Finnish! I think the photo would be ideal for promoting Finland's winter activities.... like bunny groping.

But, honestly, nice rabbit.

Knit sweaters remind me of a funny story. Back in days of yore -- high school circa mid-1970's -- the big rage was knit sweater jackets from Mexico knit with very thick rustic yarn, patch pockets, big buttons, shawl collar, usually an off-white oatmal color with black and brown border. Well, Mom decided to knit me one. Unfortunately, her skills weren't the greatest, nor were her yarn choices. She chose a regular white poly yarn and rainbow embelishments and somehow got the measurements all wrong. It wasn't a sweater jacket.... It was a knit bathrobe. And, yes, dutiful daughter that I was wore it to school.....once.
