To clarify, you had not sold the bird to the person, correct? I'd be po'd either way, but technically, once a bird is sold, it's new owner can do what he/she wants with it....and only give the breeder credit if he so chooses.

Nah, B... she's not like that about birds she has sold, I can attest to that...

I believe she is talking about a pic she took of her own bird...

Then I hope it was some child who just admired her bird and its picture. It could be an honest mistake. I had to give up my roo due to a neighbor's complaint, and I wonder if he has gone on to great things, but I have never heard. To make it even more complicated....I took it back to the person who sold me the egg I hatched...yet I would still feel cheated if I didn't have a mention in raising it up.

nope. I'm sitting here as I type looking at him eating bugs in the rain. He's my main breeder drake. If I sold him and they posted pics, I could care less.

I just lost a baby chick. Black copper French maran. The rest are doing well. It was not doing well last night. I tried making it eat and drink, but.had 2 work today & it progressively got worse and died.
