If you happen to see Chautauqua Vineyards wine get it. Its made from Alabama grown muscedines but bottled in Florida.

Ugghh, I would have tried it, just reading this. And no, here wine is only sold in liqueur stores, wine and hard stuff in liqueur stores. Beer and hard cider everywhere, gas stations, whatever. Not as bad as PA, they can't even get beer in a store, only from distributor's, wine beer and liqueur. Our Dollar stores have no alcohol, all of the Dollar stores in Florida had aisles of beer and wine....They just passed a law here that hard apple cider can be sold at higher proofs here to help the market, was only 5%, dang!, I ferment mine to 18%, I think most commercial here are going from 5 to 8-12%.
I didn't even have any beer down there, only big $ mix drinks, and wine at the hotel...Did have a couple 22oz'er frosted mugs of Sam Adam's at a 'Joe's Crab Shack'... pretty cheap, only $5 a mug, screwed me on lobster though, said they didn't do lobster any more even though it was on their menu....crab was good, and big legs, shrimp good also.

Your lucky I live in a dry county. If I want any thing IV got to go to the next county. And even in the wet county's hear thay half to stop selling at midnight and there is no alcohol sales on Sundays.

Up here alcohol has to be sold in its own soecial place...even beer. So, the grocery store has no booze, but has a door through which you must pass to reach the booze.

Thay have a lot of weird laws everywhere and alot of times I just can't figure it out. For example. The state I live in is the home of bourbon whiskey and moon shine. But where a lot of distilleries are located at are dry counties. So that means if you go tour one of them that's in a dry county thay can't let u sample the product. Now that's just messed up.lol...
