Oh, I Love Chocolate! . And caramel. And butterscotch.

As far as duck goes, never ate it. Heard the meat is greasy, and resembles dark chicken meat. What is your opinion on that?

Also, regular ducks are totally different tasting from Muscovy ducks.

Miscovy ducks taste very much like beef.

many years ago, one of the grocery stores offered Maple Leaf half duckling O'range - it was fully cooked so even I couldn't goof it up. It was delicious, just had to heat it up and pour the orange saucer over it. Actually beyond delicious - this was before my ice cream addiction.

I see the brand in the stores now, but, it's raw duck - too expensive for me to try & fail.
