weather is starting to turn to the fall sighs... but thought I'd share some of the roses in my moms memorial garden that are still reminding us of sunshine and better weather
Very nice! I love the nasturtium growing in the background. Do you eat it? I like to use edible flowers and I love the peppery taste of nasturtium leaves and flowers in salads.

Gorgeous!

I'll add some chocolate pics soon. I think I got a bunch of boys!

:love

Lost Jem's quote. Beautiful! Noticed lots of leaves falling in my yard already. How can it be that time already?!?!

@AlaskanA coworker at my new job asked me today if I have any trouble with extreme temps we have in Ohio (92F today). I told her not really. Only one bird is fickle with heat (she is a bielefelder). She then asked if we had trouble in winter. I told her not usually. She said, "Well, that makes sense, but I'm sure the people in Alaska could never keep chickens." ??????? I told her people in Alaska do have chickens.....she seriously had no idea. She also thought that other countries only have fighting chickens. :idunno. Just when you thought you had heard it all.
