Anyone have any ideas for making the lid have pretty edges on the inside? I'd like to cover them with something so that I don't get PU dust in the waterer all the time. Caulk might be a bit overkill...

Mine's not pretty I just cut a small "V" in the lid for the cord and I covered with a piece of 2x12 no lid movement, no dust inside either.

Tnt, I'll drill a hole for the cord, but the insulation board's sides will be exposed, and they put out some dust if left uncovered.
