thanks, ya it's a bit weird I have had this vision of what I wanted and just been working torwards it...sometimes I forget how much we have done to get here now because I get lost in how much more is to be done lol.....every now and then I take a sec and realize wow there has been alot done so far and in a few months

Chocolate covered bacon and maple syrup sounds like the breakfast of champions! Sour cream and beer sounds like a tastier combo, maybe a chocolate milk Stout? No milk in it, they use lactose, which is a unfermentable milk sugar, leaves some sweetness, chocolate added for flavor along with the roasted barley that gives it a chocolate/coffee like bitter flavor anyway.

@minihorse927 When we had tons of ducks I would grind the older ones up and make duck burgers,ever try it?
Best grilled burgers I've ever had, duck tastes similar to beef anyway.
I had a buddy that made wild Canadian goose jerky, pretty good , bet it would be good with duck also.

I think I am going to test /eat some eggs from violet today see if they are fertile so I can start incubating some eggs from my birds...my incubator is all clean and ready to go...am hoping they will show as fertile...dunno though but I did see Butler mounting her and atempting to mount her so maybe
