I do all kinds of things with taters... @Sharps Big 50 has a whole irish tater religious thing so taters are a major part of the diet........personally I been all mashed tater happy lately...I go thru spells.........have about 50 pouns of taters ..have to think up ways to make them :) my son brought home 50 pounds of taters last month and this month.....

I have some roosters in the freeze still. If we ever get a warm day, above 25F I plan on deboning a few like on that vid perchie posted on waste not want not. Marinate them in either garlic and herb salad dressing or state fair chicken sauce for a few days to tenderize and then wrap them up with butcher twine and slow grill them.

I don't think we're gonna get any winter this year...I'm starting plant starts this weekend....and going to plant some radish seeds I harvested from last fall crop...

Supposed to be -30F windchill tomorrow, not grilling weather. We don't usually put anything in the garden until Memorial weekend, so I won't be starting anything for a while.
Think I might move down south. I hear Skipperville Alabama has decent
winters. And just maybe I could find a neighbor to drink good beer with Lol.
