Dixie Chicks

I tried a bit of FF, but it wasn't a big hit with our flock so I haven't made it again. Maybe I'll try in the summer again when it can be kept outside...

It wasn't an instant hit with all of my birds either took him a better time now they definitely prefer it... They Prefer it to an insane degree, to the point that even if there are dry pellets out they act like they're starving when I come around with the FF ( it's cold so they don't have constant access to it right now my feeders do you not work that well in the cold )

In Finland it's traditional to take the tree out thirteen days after Xmas, while in Swedish speaking homes it's often twenty days. We didn't put up any Christmas decorations at home, so there hasn't been any cleaning needed, super nice.

Our bunny planning is progressing. I think we've decided to get them now for sure. Still have to settle on what kind of bunny we get. But looks like I'm building a bunny hutch come spring.

I miss the non-decorating days... Now that I have kids apparently I'm evil if I don't have a Christmas tree... Evil I tell you, evil...

Oh the Flemish Giants are nice and meaty, docile too... I'm sure most rabbits are but Flemish Giants are what I had ( mostly ) and they are very laid back...

I know, little disappointed it came down so early but we kept forgetting to plug it in... Traditionally my German side of the family takes the tree down on Jan 6.

We also don't do laundry between Christmas Eve and New Years Day.

We take our tree down on new years day. I still have my giant Santa collapsed on the ground, as soon as we get a nice day I'll blow him up and pack him away till next yr.

was in a small apartment for awhile.. "santa" would come christmas eve and leave a decorated tree up and christmasy stuff about the house for my son to wake up to..and the next morning after all the christmasy festive or the next day after that everything would be back down.. just didnt have the room for it........and lots of clutter makes me nerves on edge...
