We'd need legal degree and a willingness to read it all, and then we'd probably pass....I just do without. I do think the "free games" are the very worst. I'd be willing to pay a few bucks for a "hatch tracker" app if it was well done, and the user agreement restricted itself to my not sueing them, or I'd "use at my own risk if it messed up my device. But the invasion of privacy that we seem to so willingly "agree to" is disconcerting.

It's the word "free" that people don't seem to understand. LOL Weren't we all taught nothing is free? Terms and conditions may apply...
