Oh, got a couple pics today...

Wasn't it @NotAFarm who was asking about olive eggers?

This is my pullet who just started laying 6 days ago... surprise, surprise, she lays olive... didn't expect it since everyone says that 2 EE's won't make olive...

I have 2 olive eggers that I peraonally made here from several breeds. One has yellow legs and one has black legs. I can give a breakdown of the makeup if interested but they are laying machines. Wish they'd go broody. Been letting them collect eggs in a nest and it's getting huge.

I've got 6 ducks in a 12X12 horse stall and they're bedded on shavings. Clean bedding once a week. Have to clean around water bucket daily. They're not messy.

Ah ok, I thought maybe he was against all birds since he told you he wasn't happy about the pickup of new birds.

Oh, no... he was fine with the new birds, and he's the reason we came home with 3 extra, lol... he's just not happy with the living room quarantine, lol...

We'd have to build more... we are on a hill and have no barn or any kinds of buildings at all... we've bought all the coop materials and I built our coops and he built our pens... getting costly and we're both tired of all the building, pounding and stretching... :/

I can understand that part! Josh wasn't happy with the living room quarantine either but I made my side porch quarantine for young birds and chick's now. He's much happier with that situation.
