I somehow managed to spike the temp to 50c and then drop it to 30 within half an hour.

gotta love trying to get those Styrofoam bators set up the first time.

Got my quail eggs. Sent 2 extras, and 2 were broken so I got exactly what I ordered. Guess I didn't remember how little those Bob white quail eggs I hatched years ago were!

I didn't wait for the temperature to settle, I placed my already compromised eggs the moment it got plugged in. I doubt the eggs reached those high temps. I'd be surprised if they still hatched. Basically those eggs sat in my warm attic for 24 hrs after they were snatched cols from my broody bad chicken.

my Swedish flowers are suddenly having severe fertility issues... I candles and out of 8 eggs, 2 are fertile. Wth

I think they are! I've had nothing but problems with these flower! I can hatch everyone else's eggs that are flowers but not my own...
