Dixie Chicks

Bama, only for lighting the grill. I haven't had any steaks suited for that in a long time. Next time they've got T-bone in the store or something similar I might give it a try. Right now it looks like tomahawk cuts are in fashion here, a lot of stores have started carrying them.

Tomahawks are my fav. You could always cut down the tomahawk handle with a saw to make it fit

well see how these babies do, assuming they hatch!

What in the world is a tomahawk steak??? Is this a slab of meat from a cow? Wierdo people... Making up new names, confusing my poor easily confused self.

The fire is super far away from me... North of Anchorage even....

The fire that burned close to me last year luckily burned in mostly uninhabited areas... Not so bad... And I had a great big lake between me and the fire :D

This fire however is running about near more densely populated areas, and has already eaten up houses and livestock... Always a big sadness.... At first there was a bit of panic when it started, since there were two quary type areas close with a super large bunch of explosives..... I think the explosives have been all cleared out now... Which sure is nice.

A bone in Ribeye that includes most of the whole rib bone.... and as thick as the bone too. about an inch and a half... Think of Fred Flinstone.

I second my first comment.... The butcher busted up his bone saw and decided to make more money by increasing the weight and so cost of the meat.

Maybe his income will increase enough... So that he can buy a better bone saw
