Yeah I put a stock tank heater in the metal bucket and my other is a heated horse bucket, it's in the other half of the crate. The idea came from Amiga on the duck thread. Usually I keep my water in the pen but we havnt got the pen back together yet. We took it down and moved it last weekend. Hopefully we'll have time to put it up this weekend.
Oh I hope your not effected by those lay offs...

Ravyn, lol!

Hey everyone. Wanted to stop by and say hi. It's been busy here and I'm slowly selling down. I fractured my ankle yesterday so now I'm down and out for a while. I still will have to get up to feed the animals once the weekend is over though.

Owww, Mini!

Is there a good story that goes with your misstep mishap?  (If not, make one up)

Here's hoping you're mended soon and back kicking.
unfortunately no good story. Simply stepped off the forklift at work onto the uneven surface where the concrete and pavement meet together and rolled my left ankle completely to the inside. Felt and heard a loud pop and about fainted.

I hope your on the mend and up and around soon. It sounds terribly painful and I am so sorry to hear of your accident. Hope your up and running soon. ReMe.

Super condolences on the ankle!! Busting joints is horrid.

Layoffs....

Yep... Not my household, but two families I know. The slope (oil industry up in North Alaska.. Workers fly up there, work for two to six weeks, then fly home for a couple of weeks, and repeat) is laying off left and right. They are up to laying off the higher leverl people.
