I remember candling daily, hand turning, being a nervous wreck and always fiddling with the incubator.

now I just set the egg candling once or twice and usually forget to lock them down

Yup!!! Every time I get asked for help, the dreaded question is "Well, what do YOU do???"...

That's when the old saying "Do as I say, not as I do" comes into play!

I'm hand turning, following instructions from here verbatim. We will see. Rather than up right in egg cartons like I usually do the eggs are on their sides, I don't have a clue where the dividers are for the incubator lol
So hand tuning it is.
