I have a broody hen it's day 20 at night. I have heard no peeping and they are all fertile with air sack so I was wondering if they didn't need to peep and still hatch.

Don't worry , things happen without you even being aware of them. I've sat watching them on and off all day to no evail. Got up the next morning only to find a box full of fluffy s . Sometimes the process is so fast that your just busy from pip to zip.

Thank you so much they are due tomorrow so I'm hoping to wake up and find some chicks of my own I'm sooooo excited

day 21 haven't look yet but hoping I find something

We'll I went out to the broody and I took her off her eggs I couldn't hear anything so I started to peep and I put a egg to my ear and it did a loud peep and wriggled like crazy I am soooooo excited

Well now I know one is going to hatch I'm not going as crazy as I was

Yay, I had 1 x hatch yesterday and the 2 x Broodiies are fighting over it. Just finished my cuppa and I'm off to see if there are any surprises waiting for me
