do my chickens have worms?

Well that was a disaster, haha!
I tried to keep them all separated, but they wouldn't eat it while I was holding them. Half of them refused it, even in the bread, and the other half were attacking me trying to get more. I was pretty vigilant, so I think everyone has gotten their proper dose.
A few minutes after getting the medicine, 3 of my barred rocks (including my favorite chicken that has ever lived) went over and laid down under my patio chairs (where they've never laid before) and have their eyes closed. I'm praying they aren't having a negative reaction, I was careful how much I put on the pieces of bread.

While I was out there treating them, I noticed the poo in their yard today is mostly green and blue. This is new since yesterday. Could it be indicative of some disease more severe than worms?

Also, can I eat the eggs I'm getting now? I wasn't sure if sickness was spread through them and I have 2 small children.

In searching on here, I'm seeing green poop is an indicator of starvation.
I really think my chickens eat, but now I'm getting worried they are "faking it" and another member posted her chickens do.
Should I be giving extra treats that I know they will eat, to ensure they are eating food.

Also my eggs this week (out of 7 laying hens) went from:
Wed: 6
Thurs:7
Fri: 4
Sat: 3
Sun: 2
Mon: 1
Today: 1

I don't know if it's coincidence or more are sick than I thought....

I feel so helpless, I don't know what I will do if I lose anymore

I used the Zimecterin, because it's what was in stock at TSC.
I put half a pea size- to a pea size amount inside a hunk of bread to disguise it.
I'm praying this works.
My girls are just acting "off", I am so scared of losing them.

Oh my gosh, I LOVE your avatar!!!
I'm sorry I was so worried about these chickens I wasn't even looking at them.
What a gorgeous bird!!!
I want a peacock so bad, but I hear they are ultraloud!

Did you use the one with Praziquantil?

Yes.
It says Zimecterin Gold
Ivermectin 1.55%/ praziquantel 7.75% paste

It says for horses only, I hope that's okay....
Doesn't matter what animal it says it's for, it's all about mg/kg. That said, which amount of paste looks like what you gave? Ignore the Panacur and Safeguard, just trying to figure out the size of your blob so I can calculate the mg of medicine.
