Amen! One of my sometimes additional jobs as a teacher is to assist our secretary in entering student sign ins and sign outs into our computer system. It amazes me how many people will sign their child out with a name that appears nowhere in our system. Some are easy to figure out, Kayla for Michalia for example. Some I just sit back and scratch my head about. Of course, then the parent call and raise a ruckus when something was entered wrong, but thats a whole 'nother story.
lol no, it's not Eye-leen either, actually that's what I was sort of trying to sound out, but failed.
I don't care for the name anyway, I've thought about legally getting rid of it.
It's more like Ah-leen, or Elene. Or it's supposed to be.
Julie Jones........ how are is that really.... not that hard however the wife of one of my husbands friends (hubby and I have been together 17 years) asks me everytime EVERYTIME I run into her (probably at least once every three months) what is your name again hunny? For the first 10 years I would say its Julie, Julie my name is Julie. for the last 7 I tell her a differant name everytime she asks I have used, Kim, Stacy, Sara and a host of others, I think next time I will use Shequanda.
