Do they have coryza?

A few of my pullets started sneezing about 2-3 weeks ago, no other symptoms though; now most of my younger birds are sneezing and several have what look like bubbles in their eyes. The older hens seem fine. NO nasal discharge or anything like that on any of the sick looking pullets, just sneezing and swollen bubbly eyes. The are all still eating and drinking. Could this be coryza?

From what i have read about coryza, the stench is unforgettable. Rotting smell. If there is no stench then maybe just a mild respitory infection? I would give some tylan 50.(antibiotic) That always seems to help.

I don't smell anything, and am SO hoping it's not coryza, but I do know it is rather common. I have started all of the sick birds on tylan and sulmet.
