Do they look ready to eat?!

This is my first time with meaties and we have to process on Oct. 27th which they will only be 7 weeks old. Anyway, is this how they are supposed to look? Wednesday we weighed a few and came up with 5 pounds on 3 of them and 3 pounds on 1. They look good to me, but what do you think? My husband has named them, BBQ, Lemon Pepper, Baked, Fried.

He's so funny.

They look just like they are suppose to. They will put a lot of weight on in the last couple of weeks.

they look like a good size for the age. they also look...JUICY!

Ditto on waiting 2 more weeks. It will be well worth it and MORE meat. We always butcher between 8 and 9 weeks.

wow their legs and feet sure look white,all ive ever seen are yellow legged birds where did they come from,if you dont mind me asking
