I used to have turkeys that were only nice to ME. They would draw blood from my parents, brother, friends, and everyone else. They were a bunch of fun!

That’s how it’s always been...and I liked it! Hopefully this was just an isolated incident, and he had just woke up on the wrong side of the roost or something!

I've had nice roosters and roosters that became protective and very mean. I know of NO method to make a mean rooster nice again. It does not happen. Either give him away or put him in the stew pot. He will continue to get worse and you won't like it when he jumps in your face with his talons trying to draw blood.
