They don't peel very nice if they are fresh. Never did for me anyway!

Wow! Was skeptical, but I'll definitely have to try that!! I'm so tired of "performing surgery" on hard boiled eggs! But I'm too impatient to wait for them to "get old" enough to do it!

My mom told me the other day she waits until hers are two weeks old, and my dad rolled his eyes and said, "so THATS why we have 4 dozen eggs in our refrigerator!"
