Mushrooms seem to be as polarizing as politics. LOL

I love mushrooms. There are so many different kinds, and they're all different. Chanterelles are my favorite, but I love different varieties for different dishes. Straw mushrooms in stir fry, black fungus in hot and sour soup, white and baby bellas for lasagna and other pastas and sautéed.
