Do You Recognise Any Of These Symptoms?

I have a laying hen who became ill. There is already a thread about this, but here I'm making a list of her symptoms in case anyone has an idea of what I can do.

Symptoms:

1. soft, swollen abdomen
2. red abdomen and skin around vent
3. bacterial smell, dirty vent feathers
4. loud breathing and heartbeat
5. strange poos! Red with possible worms. (Pics available upon request.)
