We stopped quite frequently for smoke breaks.
Not only do I not allow smoking in my house/car, I won't go to anyone's house who does smoke indoors with my kids. My mother actuallly told me recently that if she didn't KNOW I smoke she would be shocked. She said "your hair and clothes don't stink and you really don't look like a smoker". That made me feel good and I think smoking outdoors only is the reason.
