You could, but it would be much cheaper to buy one or even make one out of something else. But yes, with the right tools it could possibly be done.

Hmm... I believe that as long as you can control the temp and humidity, and keep them steady, I don't see why it wouldn't work... But not sure otherwise. Don't forget, you also have to turn the eggs as well.
